This policy explains what Scents.bio collects, why, and how you can control analytics tracking.

1) What we collect

If you accept analytics, we load Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure basic usage trends such as page views, approximate location (country/region), device type, and traffic sources. We use anonymized / aggregated reporting to improve content quality.

2) Consent for analytics

Analytics is optional. If you reject analytics, the site still works normally. Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage) so you are not asked again until you reset it.

You can reset your choice via “Privacy settings” in the footer.

3) Affiliate links

Scents.bio is primarily educational. Some outbound links may be affiliate links, but analytics consent is not required for affiliate links to function.
